Why Should I Become a Member?
Free Training:
Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue offers free training to anyone wishing to become certified as a firefighter, EMT, driver, or any other fire related activity.
A Brotherhood/Sisterhood Like No Other:
As a member of a fire and rescue organization, you will build some of the strongest and longest lasting friendships you will ever have!
Experience:
CBVFR’s diverse first due offers a wide array of emergency incidents. We run Mutual Aid into four different counties and cities across two states which leads to a higher fire call volume in comparison to most companies in the area. EMS opportunities aren’t slacking though. Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue runs around 1,000 EMS calls a year.
Career Development:
Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue has contributed to numerous members’ careers in places such as Fairfax Count, Loudoun County, Frederick County, and numerous other departments. Many of these members still chose to volunteer after they land a career position in order to enhance their skills and gain even more experience!
Personal Satisfaction:
As a human, there is no better feeling than helping another human out in a time of need.
