Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue is a non-profit organization that proudly provides top notch fire and emergency medical services to the citizens of Frederick County, Virginia as well as surrounding jurisdictions.  We rely on donations from our community to carry out our mission of providing superior public safety services to everyone in need.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.  Not only by our department but, by the citizens we are able to assist thanks to you.

Fund Drive Letter:

Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue sends out an annual Fund Drive letter.  This letter allows for members of the community to donate to our cause via cash or check donations.  Be sure to check you mail in the Spring (March-May) for these letters!

Cash or Check:

Numerous individuals feel the need to generously donate throughout the year.  If you should chose to be one of these outstanding individuals, you could drop off a cash or check donation by the station at any time.  These donations will be secured and given directly to the department’s treasurer.  You may also mail them to:                                      P.O Box 56 Clear Brook, Virginia 22624

Yard Party Items:

Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and rescue accepts new items to auction off at our annual Yard Party on the third Saturday of June.  If you have items to donate feel free to drop them off at the firehouse a week or so prior to the Yard Party.

Pancake Breakfast:

On the second Sunday of every month September through May Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue hold a pancake breakfast.  All breakfast is served on free will offering. Please join us in 2023 on; January 8th, February 12th, March 12th, April 9th, and/ May 14th!
