Fund Drive Letter:

Each year, Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue sends a mailing to the local community offering an opportunity to voluntarily contribute through cash or check donations. Keep an eye on your mailbox for these letters, and please consider supporting our efforts to maintain the safety and well-being of those we serve. 

Cash or Check:

Many individuals choose to make donations throughout the year to support our efforts. If you wish to be one of these generous contributors, you are welcome to drop off a cash or check donation at the station at any time. All donations will be securely handled and directed to the department’s treasurer. Alternatively, you may mail your donation to:

Yard Party Items:

Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue gratefully accepts new items for auction at our annual Yard Party, held on the third Saturday of June. If you have items you’d like to donate, please feel free to drop them off at the firehouse a week or so before the event.

Pancake Breakfast:

On the second Sunday of each month, from September through May, Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue hosts a pancake breakfast. The breakfast is offered on a donation basis, featuring a selection of pancakes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and fried apples, all carefully prepared and served by our dedicated board members. We invite you to bring your entire family for a delightful Sunday morning meal. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. While you’re here, take the opportunity to view our apparatus and meet our team.
